"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. Replace lavatory sink tail piece and lavatory sink stopper assembly I needed this done fairly quickly as the toilet was starting to drip water into a ceiling area below. The telephone staff who set up our appointment were great. Response time was short. Once the technician arrived, he was up front with pricing, so I knew what their price would be. I did postpone other less urgent work because of the price. The cost for these two items was almost $1000. Past experience with other plumbers would have been in the $700 range. However, TMS was available, and they were not If the price had been more in line, I will probably use them as my regular."
