"Turns out our basement problem has been solved! The only plumber I called (I called ten plumbing companies that advertised 24 hours service) who really is 24 hours service came out at 10 pm last night and figured out that our new sump pump had a defective float mechanism. Great guy who used to be an intelligence analyst in the Marines. Hence the name of his company Sargent Smithâ s Drain Cleaning Services. The owner is Micah Smith. 207-432-9378. Great service and very fair pricing. All 5 star reviews on every app.It turns out the Zoeller pumps you can buy at Home Depot are not as good as the Zoeller pumps a plumber buys at a plumbing supplier that are made entirely of cast iron and have a more reliable float mechanism. Like the way Koehler makes â big box storeâ Home Depot versions of their bath products that are different and not as good. The float valve on the Zoeller we had in there was defective so it was running every 20 seconds and eventually overheating/ stopping every few hoursâ ¦ flooding our basementâ ¦ bc it was only running on the backup float which has a very short run cycle. He also put in an alarm alongside the new pump that will alert us with a smoke detector type loud beeping noise if there is an issue with water in the basement. Couldnâ t be more pleased."

"Dan Is an exceptional plumber. Excellent work quality and great value.Highly recommended."

"The Cloud 9 Tubs team were a pleasure to work with. Jeff made sure the work order included everything we wanted and kept us updated on the status as materials were fabricated and shipped. Ron and Ron did a terrific job replacing and re-plumbing our old leaky bathtub, and expanding our shower in the master bath. They are all very pleasant to work with and complete professionals. We would absolutely hire them again!"

"I had a great experience with this plumber! He arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly from the start. I had a leak in the plumbing in the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom and he took the time to explain exactly was going on. He even went under the house (in the cold and dark) to inspect the issue further and took pictures so I could clearly see the problem myself. He explained the repair in a way that was easy to understand and fixed the leak quickly ad professionally. I really appreciated his honestly, communication and the quality of his work. Everything is working perfectly now! I definitely would recommend him and would happily call and refer him if I ever need a plumber's help!!"

"There is NEVER a 'good' time to have plumbing issues but we were super happy to hear Mr. Rooter could send a plumber for same day service for our issue. Your plumber was very polite, helpful, careful of property, and knowledgeable. He also solved our sink issue in a very timely manner. We will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for future plumbing issues as your services have been shown to be most reliable, competitively priced, and performed in a timely manner."

"Workmen were excellent. They asked for direction when appropriate, but otherwise worked independently as a well coordinated team. Finished shower and plumbing is great. No issues whatsoever."

"Derek did a great job, was there when he said he would be, new his stuff and was very professional . I'll call him next time I need a plumber."

"This was our second time hiring Norman Builders and the experience was just as amazing as the first! Ryan and his team remodeled our kitchen in 2018 and we knew right away that we wanted them back to do our master bathroom. The communication was seamless and the quality of work done by Brian, Kevin, Lance and all of the plumbers and electricians was top notch! Everyone was amazing especially when dealing with all of my questions and design ideas, including rearranging the layout and plumbing to accommodate my request for a large picture window with a soaker tub in front of it and having multiple shower heads that all function independently as well as together! The heated floors are also a favorite as well as our closet that Brian designed! We are so thrilled with the the final results and our bathroom is now a sanctuary that I never want to leave! Thank you Norman Builders!!"
