"I wanted my oversized tub removed and to install a larger walk in shower . Luis and his team came and immediate began working on demolishing the bathroom. Everyday they cleaned up behind themselves and was patient with me to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had . They were very professional and pleasant to work with. "When Filipp came into our home to perform a quote he removed his shoes. Made sure he put drop cloths down going upstairs and down the hallway to the bathroom when working on project. The bathroom is beautiful and more than we expected. Filipp did a great job answering questions and was very courteous and knowledgeable about tile work and was on time. (A plumber from another company refused to do the job.) Jake from Water Heaters Now agreed to do the job without hesitation. He relocated the water softner and installed the water heater. Jake's workmanship is excellent. I will certainly call Water Heaters Now again for any plumbing project."

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and everything was fine. It was worthwhile since the price was reasonable for the service. I think we added on about $50 to the Big Deal price for the dryer vent cleaning. They were pretty thorough and easy to talk to. They told us what they were doing and were pretty quick; they were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I don't have anything bad to say; they provided great service.
