When the other side of the sink clogged up I called KC Metro Plumbing. They were very helpful. On the phone they were respectful and let me explain what was happening. It was very busy for them but they were able to get to me the next day. The son came out and was courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to me and actually got down and looked at the problem.
