"Exchanged messages with Mike to describe work needed, replace an outdoor faucet and shutoff value (previous faucet was leaking). He gave an estimate, reviewed work to be done. Replaced outdoor spigot with a frost-proof spigot, put on new value. Quick test and validation. Professional, efficient and happy with work done! Thank you Mike !"

"Gage has been excellent to work with. We will hire him any time we need something in the future. The work site is always clean, the new install always looks tidy. He has installed a water filter, fixed several leaks in old plumbing, replaced hose bibs, worked on our booster and expansion tank, replaced fixtures. It's always great work."

"I recently had the pleasure to meet Jeff Coleman. From the first call, Jeff was responsive, and extremely personable. He did not sound like your average contractor. I was interested in a tub to shower conversion because unfortunately, my wife and I are getting older and the tub we had was becoming difficult to enter and exit. Jef listened to my concerns, provided me with different ideas and made an appointment with me that was convenient to my schedule. I met with Jeff at my home a few days later. He came prepared with samples, options, and a trustworthy demeanor. He sat down with me for over an hour and a half answering all my questions. He never made me feel rushed, nor did he pressure me in any way to purchase from him. He provided me with a detailed quote of what I decided would work best for my needs. He even advised that his quote would be good for one year and to take my time in deciding if I wanted to move forward. Jeff made me feel confident in his product and installers. My wife and I decided to move forward based on his presentation and confidence in his product. He advised that it would take approximately 6 weeks for the production process. 6 weeks later, he called me to advise that everything had arrived and promptly scheduled an appointment for installation again on a day which was convenient for us. The installation took one-day and the finished product looks beautiful. My wife and I are enjoying our new shower. We feel much safer now that we can easily walk in and out without concern of slipping and falling. I highly recommend Jeff if you are considering any bathroom remodeling. He is honest, reliable, keeps you updated and makes sure you are happy after installation. Give Cloud Nine Tubs a call if you're thinking of a new shower. You won't regret it. Thank you Jeff for making this investment a pleasant and fun experience. You and your crew installed a beautiful product that I'm confident will last my lifetime."

"I had a great experience with this plumber! He arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly from the start. I had a leak in the plumbing in the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom and he took the time to explain exactly was going on. He even went under the house (in the cold and dark) to inspect the issue further and took pictures so I could clearly see the problem myself. He explained the repair in a way that was easy to understand and fixed the leak quickly ad professionally. I really appreciated his honestly, communication and the quality of his work. Everything is working perfectly now! I definitely would recommend him and would happily call and refer him if I ever need a plumber's help!!"
