"Excellent experience with Modern Plumbing of the Triangle! I had an unexpected water heater emergency over the weekend, and Master Plumber Mike Calkins, was responsive, thorough in diagnosing the issue, and prompt in scheduling service. He completed the installation the very next day with exceptional workmanship. He was professional, patient in answering my many questions, and he did not try to up sell unnecessary services or products. His pricing was reasonable and he cleaned up the area thoroughly after the service was completed. I would absolutely hire him again and I wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation. "The plumbing professionals from Plumbing Partners were prompt and efficient. They made sure I was informed throughout the process, and were very professional in their behavior. I don't know if I could have gotten a somewhat lower price elsewhere, but the price they quoted seemed reasonable to me, given what I had already researched."

"The first time, Feb. 2016, we called All American we were very happy. They fixed our problem in a timely manner and were fairly easy to work with. However, when our problem came back 10 months later and we contacted them for assistance, they were immediately defensive, refusing any warranty, were late arriving, and hard to get on the phone. After coming by and trying to pump the tank in the dark when they couldn't inspect the system, we asked them to please come back the when there was enough light. They explained they could do that but it would cost us MORE than what we paid the first time. Then it was very difficult to get them to answer the phone to reschedule. We never minded paying to get the system fixed, but did think they lacked professionalism. Ultimately we found another company that fixed the solution at a very good rate and in good time."

"Mr. Eugene, the owner, is patient, a good listener and attentive to detail...a true professional! He and his staff were replaced our tub/shower with a walk-in shower. They punctual, worked efficiently, and with full attention to detail and quality. The project was completed in one day. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work of 592 Plumbing & Consruction LLC and highly recommend them. Larry"
