"Robert Johnson Plumbing was excellent from beginning to end. Robert himself responded to my urgent Angi request within minutes on a Saturday, and they installed our new water heater Monday morning. His quote was less than half of what a large firm had quoted us. Robert took the time to explain our options rather than simply replacing our aging propane heater with the same thing. His recommendation led us to a hybrid electric water heater that is expected to reduce our yearly energy costs. Installation took about 3–4 hours with two plumbers and a contracted electrician. Everyone was helpful, respectful and professional, and they left the basement cleaner than they found it. They explained the new system and made sure I knew where to turn for future care and maintenance. Professional, kind and transparent throughout. I would absolutely recommend them."

"Excellent. I called Ferris Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. Matt returned my call the next morning. After I explained the problem, Matt said he would try to get to me that day (Friday), but he may not be able to. Meanwhile, he suggested not using that toilet. He called later that day and said he couldn't make it, but would be able to on Monday. He called me on Monday morning to confirm that he would be coming and gave me a estimated time of arrival. Matt wasn't able to come himself, but two of his plumbers arrived mid-morning. I explain all of this because Matt's communication was OUTSTANDING. I always knew the status and I knew he would be arriving as soon as he could. His two plumbers were also excellent and efficient. They replaced the toilet flange and gasket, and remounted the toilet without needing to disturb the downstairs ceiling. I should mention that the toilet is the original installation of 48 years ago. The original gasket was completely disintegrated to the point that only few small fragments of it were left. They were also very careful to protect the carpet just outside the bathroom by placing a drop cloth to protect it. Their service and work was EXCELLENT. We are considering remodeling that bathroom and Ferris Plumbing will certainly be our first choice to do the work. I highly recommend (Matt) Ferris Plumbing."

"David responded promptly and answered all the questions professionally, prior even him coming out to our home . Day when he came to replace new water heater he explained options and advised on also possible issues arising from previous old plumbing that we had which he also happily replaced . Strongly advise him , extremely happy with work that was performed."

"The entire process was really great. We always felt that Jeff was trying to satisfy our wants and needs not trying to sell us something. From beginning to end the whole process was very professional. The install crew was very good, professional and considerate of our home. The install was perfect and finished in one day as promised and the cleanup was so good you would never know that any work had been done in the bathroom. I highly recommend Clouds 9 Tubs. They are a top shelf organization and we are very pleased with their work. Also every appointment we had from beginning to end they were always on time."

"Colin was very quick to contact me and get out to my home to fix my plumbing issue."

"Ryan was very professional and did a great job with my pipe inspection. I was very happy that Mr. Rooter could provide a couple options to solve my problem and gave me prices on the spot."

"Justin was professional and knew exactly what I needed to fix my existing water heater without trying to upsell me on a much more expensive tankless water heater. He had the relief valve and expansion tank in his truck and was able to install everything without issue. I would recommend hiring them for your plumbing needs!"

"Charlie was the first to respond to our request. He was very personable and was quick to schedule an appointment based on our need, considering the problem. Would recommend him to anyone needing help with a plumbing blockage."

"They did an excellent job. It required 5 trips because we had multiple problems. We had a sewer back up and they came right away. They were extremely professional, reliable courteous, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again."
