"My husband said the plumber was friendly, professional and efficient. He cleared the clogged drain and gave us very helpful information to help prevent future clogged drains PLUS they guarantee the drain cleared for one year or they will come back and clear it for no charge. "Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."

"I had tried to lite my Water Heater multiple times and it would not lite. I am a retired HVAC Technician myself and have lit many Water Heaters before. I thought there was certainly something wrong with it. The Technician from 100% Plumbing checked it out , lit it , and didn't charge me a dime. There's not a lot of Companies or People that honest anymore. I would recommend 100%Plumbing to Anyone looking for a Plumber."
