"Excellent. I called Ferris Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. Matt returned my call the next morning. After I explained the problem, Matt said he would try to get to me that day (Friday), but he may not be able to. Meanwhile, he suggested not using that toilet. He called later that day and said he couldn't make it, but would be able to on Monday. He called me on Monday morning to confirm that he would be coming and gave me a estimated time of arrival. Matt wasn't able to come himself, but two of his plumbers arrived mid-morning. I explain all of this because Matt's communication was OUTSTANDING. I always knew the status and I knew he would be arriving as soon as he could. His two plumbers were also excellent and efficient. They replaced the toilet flange and gasket, and remounted the toilet without needing to disturb the downstairs ceiling. I should mention that the toilet is the original installation of 48 years ago. The original gasket was completely disintegrated to the point that only few small fragments of it were left. They were also very careful to protect the carpet just outside the bathroom by placing a drop cloth to protect it. Their service and work was EXCELLENT. We are considering remodeling that bathroom and Ferris Plumbing will certainly be our first choice to do the work. I highly recommend (Matt) Ferris Plumbing."

"Brandon did an excellent job. He was on time. There were two visits. The first he found which parts were needed. The second he installed the parts and completed the repair. He is very considerate of my home. He offerred to cover his shoes when he entered. He kept us up-to-date via text messaging as to arrivals and when he obtained the parts. Definitely would hire hime again for our next plumbing problem."

"I was stood up by another plumbing company with $1300.00 worth of equipment ready for install . I contacted Home Advisor, and received a call from Doug Anderson, Plumbing and Heating (781 228- 1561) within 15 minutes. He came over later on that evening to evaluate my dilemma. Great service! We scheduled an appointment for the work to begin, to rectify my issue's, within a couple of days. I would highly recommend him. Working with this company was a great experience. "Rescue plumbing really rescued me! I had a clogged kitchen sink, I cleaned the traps blew out the pipes but just couldnâ t get the sink to drain.
