"Things I loved - no up-charge for having a weekend emergency. The gentleman who came was on time and very polite. Things I did not love - there was a bit of confusion between the price I was told on the phone and the price the plumber billed. When I shared that, he immediately apologized and changed it - but since he never gave me an estimate and the one I had came from a phone call, I didn't care for that moment. As far as "rating the work quality" - it seems fine. I called because I don't know much about plumbing. Assuming the work all holds up beyond a day or two, it seemingly will have been fine work quality. But it all seems good and it was in the end a very fair price - and I would call them again."

"Joe's work was great !! Very professional. Any problem he ran into, he let me know right away to decide what I wanted. Overall a gentleman who knows his work. His workmanship is great quality. He was very knowledgable in his proffession. His estimate for the work I thought was very fair and better than some other estimates I received. He was prompt and on schedule. We needed to make arrangements for him to come another day to replace a part he did not have in stock. He came on the day he told me and called before to let me know when. When his work was completed each time the room he worked in was cleaned up nicely. He took my old fixtures for an extremely good price to get rid of them for me. His total cost for the project came in under his estimate. I am very pleased with the work he performed for me and I would definatly hire him again in the future for any jobs I need done that he does, even if not plumbing. I am very happy with his work and I will be using him in the future."

"Required plumbing services due to a leaking pipe at the main water line shut-off valve located within the outside wall of our home. Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them.  We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone.  First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge.  We scheduled repairs for the next day.  Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.   He was very informative, courteous and helpful.
