"John responded with in 5 minutes of me posting to find plumbing service. Understood the problem. Quoted me a fair price over the phone. Then said he could come out and take care of the job the same day. 4 hours of me making the call the job was done. Iâ m am very hard to please as a customer and john did a great job. Fast and fair. "Great would recommend to anyone needing plumbing"

"Well I would beware if you wanted to get a quote from these guys. I needed to get a new well. I received 3 quotes from different sources. These guys came in the best. First I signed the contract in late June and did not get the well till Early Sept. Took an awful long time. They blamed it on weather but there were plenty of stretches of nice weather. No excuse. Then when they finally did complete, the sent me a bill for over $1000 more. Again no excuse. They said they had to do more work so it cost more. Then they need a new estimator who knows what they are doing. I could see a couple of hundred off but not $1000. BEWARE!"

"Chad and his family and workers are amazing to work with. Helps with questions concerns and affordable. Not pushy with sales. Helped us make the right choices for our bathroom. Would recommend them for your projects."

"Nick was so helpful and was able to come out quickly to replace my water heater; whereas other plumbers I called were booked out at least 1 week. Would definitely recommend Water Heater Experts!"

"Kitchen remodel. Matt was very responsive and easy to work with. He was very organized and was able to complete the job in 2 weeks. The issues we had were from the people he brought in. Electrical - did not clean up wood shavings from where he drilled in basement, and I had to fix electrical outlet that was improperly installed. Am now having issue with another outlet being tripped that never had that issue before. Plumbing - left the water running in the utility tub in the basement. Since I do not go in the basement often I did not catch it until the next day. Behind the stove were a bunch of wood shavings and parts. Overall we are very pleased with the final product."

"Very happy with the results. Awesome job guys!"
