"I hate to say anything nice, because a good plumber is like a hidden gem restaurant, with low prices & great food, but Bill Duncan is a find. If this means I cannot get him when I need him, wait until my next review. Bill is a good plumber, knows his stuff and has reasonable rates."

"I really liked CT Basement systems. The sales rep walked me through the process of the basement SaniDry I had installed. When the installer came it turned out that I didn’t need all of the duct work and I was able to save a few hundred bucks. The installer was very professional, neat and helpful . I definitely will hire this company again. Customer service even followed up with me a few days later and had to remind me to register the system (good thing because I had forgotten)."

It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
