"Completed quickly and very knowledgeable plumber."

"Steven was the absolute best… arrived at the very start of only a two hour window, fixed the problem in about an hour. Very polite and courteous. I called three plumbers and he was the first to call me back and the only one who would give me a ballpark figure over the phone. The others wanted to come out and have a look for $70. even though I accurately described the job in detail. I’m thrilled to have a reliable plumber! A more than satisfied customer, Lora Harrigan"

"I worked with Jesse to help with a clogged bathtub drain after I tried plunging it myself. I explained over the phone that I was dealing with backflow problems and each time I used the bathroom sink the water would end up back in the tub. Unlike another plumber who said they would need to charge me to snake both the tub and the bathroom sink, Jesse explained it would likely just need to be the sink and there is an issue in the shared drainage pipe. Jesse communicated clearly when he'd arrive and on his availabilites, and helped resolve the issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also gave me additional advice on how to manage my drainage issues in the future, and another toilet problem I had. Good guy to work with, and got the job done. Would hire again."

"Jorge with rodris rooter was amazing He respond very fast and fix my kitchen sink the same day"

"This company is excellent! I had several problems at my sister’s home, after she died suddenly. I arrived from FL & called for help. He arrived that morning and went above & beyond to help fix several problems. If I lived in Fairfield County, CT, this would be my go to, first choice plumbing company. Do not hesitate to use All Star Rooter!"

"Cris is not only a great plumber but a great guy!"

"The professionals completely redone our bathroom. They used high-quality materials without sacrificing style. The matte jade green cabinetry was eco-friendly and gave the space a soothing vibe. The finished product is far more impressive than our original vision!"

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"They cut out the old dry wall, removed any and all mold, then replaced the dry wall, placed a tub and shower unit, they had their plumber come in and adjust our piping and install our new shower head and tub faucet all within 6-7 hrs. The installers were very nice, respectful, polite young men-- I would 10/10 recommend this company!!"
