His quote was less than half of what a large firm had quoted us. Robert took the time to explain our options rather than simply replacing our aging propane heater with the same thing. His recommendation led us to a hybrid electric water heater that is expected to reduce our yearly energy costs. Installation took about 3–4 hours with two plumbers and a contracted electrician. Everyone was helpful, respectful and professional, and they left the basement cleaner than they found it. They explained the new system and made sure I knew where to turn for future care and maintenance. Professional, kind and transparent throughout. I would absolutely recommend them."
