"Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

From the consultant Jeremy, to his manager John, the installers Ethan W., Jake G., and Tristan P., and the plumber who made some small adjustments the day after installation, kudos all around. We had an immediate health-related need for a walk-in shower. All the West Shore associates worked together to quickly get the job done for us. The installers were professional, polite, and kept us informed throughout the process. The shower is easy to use, easy to clean, and looks very high-end. I would also like to commend the folks that answer the customer support line. I called and decided not to leave a message, and they called me back to check with me immediately. I was on the line with John, the manager who was very helpful and scheduled a plumber to come to the house the next day. It was quite a comforting feeling to get a return call at the same time John was taking excellent care with followup on with our installation. West Shore delivered on their 100% satisfaction guaranteed for certain."

"I moved into my home about a year ago and we have been talking about wanting to remodel of the bathroom but always thought it was out of our budget. We were able to Get approved for 12 months 0% interest which made it possible to do it this year. Install took about 2.5 days and it looks amazing! They also installed at my mother-In-laws house. "My wife and I are very happy with our bathroom remodel. All we had to do ourselves is pick out our paint color and paint our bathroom. The step in shower, toilet, vanity, mirror, lighting and exhaust fan we ordered all had the quality we wanted and expected. ImProvit have a lifetime warranty on everything they did plus the lifetime warranty is transferable to new owners if we ever decided to sell our home. Other bathroom remodel companies only offered us the step in shower with a one day turnaround to install. We would have to hire someone else to install the toilet, vanity, lighting and exhaust fan. We didnâ t like the idea of having 3 maybe 4 different contractors working on one small bathroom at the same time and if something went wrong with the project the only ones to blame would be ourselves. Only thing left for us to do now is hire another quality contractor to do our floors in our bathroom and master bedroom at the same time now."
