It was late Saturday afternoon and they were able to be at my home in a couple of hours after the service man Jeremy finished up a job in Geneva. He called first when he was 30 minutes away. He promptly started assessing the issue. He showed me the problem and I definitely needed a new disposal to replace my 20 year old one.
