"I currently had Pipe Works at my home for multiple repairs with plumbing and my heating. They went above and beyond to work with my schedule and send someone out. Was even able to send them out the same day. The technician that came clearly knew his stuff had everything needed for the repairs and took care of it right there. "Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

"We lost our water heater due to the storm that devastated most of NJ just before Labor Day. We searched the web for names of companies that would install a water heater that we had purchased, and most said they had to buy the water heater for us in order to be able to install it. Then the phone rang and it was Carmine from Garden State...he not only would install it for us, but would do it first thing the next morning! Better yet his rates were much more reasonable than any of the other companies or private plumbers. His team arrived on time and even called us when they were on the way. Their work was quick, efficient and left the work area neat and devoid of any debris. I have to say, Carmine runs a top notch shop and he and his team are professionals. If you want a quality job for a great price, call Garden State Water Heaters. You will be impressed. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs."

"Roeland handled my bathroom shower remodel. They designed a perfect setup for my tight space utilizing every inch to my benefit. Their workers are easy to work with, and answered all my questions. Work performed neatly and in time! Bathroom looks great!! They also go above and beyond if you need follow up service which so did need to fix an issue.
