"Trent was kind, professional, HONEST and respectful. I reached out and he messaged within the hour. After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. I mentioned a 3 stage water system upgrade and after the water test we found our water system was working well. He provided suggestions as alternative approaches to itchy skin we experienced. After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Talked us through the tests and results and provided us with informational pamphlets as well as transparency about his product vendor. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. He minded the space and existing plumbing."

"I had used Brian for a major deck rebuild and installation of a real hardwood floor in my whole house several years ago and was very pleased with the results and the final cost. I discovered his plumbing and painting abilities while all that was going on. He did so well with my place that I then had him do a full house renovation on a house my daughter bought near me. He did a fine job on that one, which included not only redoing the whole house interior but also cutting out an exterior wall and installing a sliding glass door to her deck. Plus new replacement new windows throughout the upper floor. It was noticeably cheaper for me to have him replace all the windows that what the major window companies wanted for the same work. Today I had him for a smaller job in my house to take apart and fix a modern type drain that had somehow gotten almost fully plugged. I had called him late last week and he showed up today to take care of it. He did a good job of cleaning up the mess when he was done. He calls himself a "step above" handyman but that's an understatement. His skills are many and extend far beyond that. Like others have said, he is honest, fair, and takes the time to do it right."

"Hired Bracken to do an interior French drain and a sump pump for a house I am selling. My buyers had requested this install before we could close on the house. Danny came out quickly to look at the project and was able to give me a reasonable quote on the spot. After my buyers dragged their feet for 2 weeks trying to decide if they wanted to take a credit they returned to the original plan of having the install completed before we could close on the house. I reached back out to Danny and he was able to rearrange the schedule to get his team out to get the work done less than a week after contact. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the final product is very professional looking and should last a long time for my buyers. "Rich is very personable. He puts himself out there. He completed the task of putting a n outside spigot in the back of the house sooner than I expected. As he was doing the yearly maintenance on the 25 year old oil burner, he came up and got me to show me that the unit needed to be condemned. My daughter and I discussed beforehand that when we would need a new heating unit we would go with natural gas. Rich was walking us through the process. He is very well informed. The best thing about Rich is he shows that he cares about people. I am 71 years old and have a knee replacement that is less than a year old. I also have poor balance. As I was taking him to another room to show him something, I fell very hard on the kitchen tile. He tried to keep me from falling by grabbing the back of my top. After I fell, he helped me up after he checked my legs for breaks. He put me on the sofa, put pillows under my knees, got an ice pack from the freezer, wrapped my knee in a fleece"
