"It went well. Plumber came in and gave me an assessment/quote. I was pressed for time and at $100 for just a quote… might as well just get it done. Plumber went to work with no issues. Great guy and would recommend Mike if anyone asks."

"They was great. Fast, professionally and reasonably priced. They are my go to plumbers."

"Jim & Rob handled the service. When they realized that they were running late, they called early on to let me know. They were a completely in sink team. They were efficient, knowledgable and extremely courteous. My father had owned his own plumbing company post WWII, and was one of the first licensed plumbers in the state of Illinois; accordingly, I watched & had many plumbing questions regarding the install. Jim & Rob patiently shared their expertice. High recommend. A great experience."

"ARS has installed 2 furnaces, one air conditioner, a hot water heater and some plumbing, I trust them! John"

"When I had a problem with the main sewer pipe another company came to fix the problem and they went from $275 TO $4600 in an instant. They recommended to install an exterior axis. I went online instead and found three other contractors which two of them recommended Aqua City Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. so I called them and when they came they made sure to open up the main sewer line and fixed the problem. Saved me around $400. The owner Chirs is pretty knowledgeable."

"I would hire them again . I have a summer plumbing project for which they will be my first call."

"The company had great communication, on-time appointment, and customer service. Luis, the lead tech, who came with an assistant, is very knowledgable and explained all of the options for clearing out our sewer line. I decided, based on the recommendations and facts presented by Luis, to go with hydro jetting. The job was performed with a high degree of expertise clearing the line and doing a very good clean up and sanitization of the area. I will use ARCE again if I have a plumbing need. Hey ARCE, you have a very competent and valuable employee representing your company - that is Luis."
