"They did a great job. There was a slight smell of gas in my basement so I wanted to get it fixed to be safe. I called a company and they said my gas control valve was broke and told me it would cost me $700-800 to replace and the gas leak would be fixed. I wanted to get a second opinion to see if the first company was trying to overcharge me. I called Makeithot and had them come out to see what they thought. They checked to make sure all my lines were properly sealed and found that the leak was coming from the gas control valve but did not need replaced. They only charged me $250. "After confirming he could come back and perform the job, Rob called in advance and came and got it done in a day. Our floor was rotted under and around the toilet after experiencing a minor flood. He did beyond what I thought was needed for the fix by reinforcing the existing joists, waterproofing w/ water guard overlayment then adding another layer of lauan. It was a "small" job for Rob but a "big"deal to us. The area around the toilet is now stronger than it was even before the flooding occurred w/ pictures to prove it! I'd say we were not only satisfied with the work, but moreso by his accommodating since he was booked up and managed to "squeeze us in". You can't take that for granted, and we certainly don't.
