"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"Kerry and Kevin arrived on time and got right to work prepping. Kerry was very helpful with our color selection and by the time she arrived back with the paint color we selected, Kevin had the furniture moved, tarped off and the room taped out. They were incredibly efficient, careful and pleasant to be around. They were more like fun house guests rather than hired hands. We would definitely hire them again! In fact, we already have."

"Great -- I have a large window (~3'x6') that sits at an angle over a garden tub that was leaking and needed to be replaced. I hired Just Stucco and Windows based on all the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. They were always prompt, professional, and polite, and did a fantastic job on the window installation as well as the stucco repair around the window -- the color and texture is such a close match to the existing stucco you can hardly tell any work was done. Unfortunately, due to the slope of the window, water collects in the recess between the window pane and the frame and has nowhere to go, so it leaked shortly after installation (where the glass meets the frame). I called James and they came out to recaulk the window. Although it hasn't rained since then, I'm not sure if it will leak again, but I'm 100% confident that if it does they will come right and to make it right. Thank you James and your staff, I will definitely call you in the future when I'm in need of window and/or stucco work."

"This was such a strange and frustrating experience. During the estimate, the team mentioned that they provided other services beyond roof/deck repair, and because they seemed so thorough about the original estimate, I showed them two other projects that we were ready to start work on. The team seemed genuinely interested and promised to get us a quote quickly. Quickly turned into a couple of weeks. We were frustrated but waited. When it finally came, we felt it was fairly priced but had some questions that I outlined in an email and asked for a call to discuss. No answer. I called and emailed several times and got radio silence. The gentlemen who put the quote together did call once and said he was handing it over to Dave the owner to hash it out, and that someone would call me. As a last resort, I called Heavon, (one of the other owners) who said she was driving and would call me back, and then never called me back. Note: We did not hire this team, but they did set us back about 3 weeks because they just never contacted us after the 2nd estimate. After 3 weeks we had to start with estimates all over again since we had already told the other companies that we had found someone to do the work."

With regular maintenance, including annual cleaning and resealing every two to three years, cedar maintains its structural integrity and pleasing appearance for 10 to 15 years or more. Cedar’s natural durability, without need for chemical treatments, makes it an environmentally friendly option for outdoor structures like decks.
