He fixed where water was coming into the family room from the upstairs bathroom. He inspected the rest of the work done. "It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. "Kyle was prompt, courteous, and communicative. I received a call from him about an hour before he was due to arrive, he showed up on time, and explained everything he needed to do while he was here. He repaired a wiring problem in my kitchen that had knocked out my garbage disposal and one of the GFCI outlets, replaced my smoke detectors (I had no clue they were only supposed to be good for 10 years; I've been in the house 18 years and had never replaced them) with combination smoke/CO detectors, and replaced the ceiling fixture in the kitchen. He then did an inspection of the breaker box and made some changes there to bring it up to current code and offered to install a full house surge protector (which I had him do as well). I was nervous about having an outsider in the house since I'm in a higher risk bracket for COVID, but Kyle kept his mask on properly and maintained distance while in the house, and the surfaces he touched were easily sanitized afterwards."
