"Daryl built our first new construction home in 2020. He made the process very simple. He already had the designs and started building the house before we purchased it. Even though he started the build, he worked with us on changes we wanted. All our requests were done at a reasonable price. Daryl used state of the art materials and practices building our home. The finished product is beautiful and more energy-efficient than I would have ever imagined. The quality of our home is unmatched by any other home we saw. Even after completion of our home Daryl has kept in touch to answer any questions we have had. Daryl stands bay and backs the quality work he does. He has exceeded all of our expectations, and hopefully, we will be using him to finish our basement in the near future."

"This will be an honest review. Upon making a deposit for the project in May, it took a month the deliver materials to the day. The project took 2 and a half days to complete. My deck was off the second floor and had the rains cape/under deck material. It is about 180 sqft. There were three guys building my project. A month after completion, it rained and the problems began. The soffit finish on the underside filled with water and from the weight of the water burst open. I contacted Wayne right away. His response was that I would have to wait until my neighbor had his deck built for the guys to come out and fix it! Amazing how someone who has already paid is just shrugged off for 3-4 weeks. The guys return and trample through my yard to build my neighbors deck and reluctantly admit they need to address my project.. AFTER they re done with my neighbors project. I even let them stage material under my deck for my neighbor. They administered a quick fix and just caulked the underside. I highly doubt this with last very long and hope the guys are prepared to come out annually to fix the issue. I don t recommend hiring this contractor unless you re just getting a deck without the under material. Deposit was made mid May and they were at my house doing repairs in August. Overall I have a deck, which is what I wanted but the quality of work was not great and the customer service was subpar. There s never enough time to do it right but there is always time to do it again Thank you for reading my review!;"

"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. We have not had to call in for any replacement parts. It was very easy to schedule the service, as well. I have recommended the company to others."

"We hired Total Craftsman to put on a porch and wheelchair ramp combined. We wanted something not looking like an accessible house . The project turned out perfectly and our homes looks like a different house now . We were so happy with them ( Dec 2022) that we hired them for windows , roofing and new siding too in Spring of 2023 ! Our home looks fabulous. All the work was done timely and professionally and clean up was excellent as well. John did much of the work and oversaw all the sub contractors as well ! We’d hire them again when needed ! 5 stars for sure"

"For years we have lived without an upstairs bath. We wanted to add the much needed full bathroom to our 90+ year old home which involved punching out the attic and surrounding roof and creating a new shell structure. Due to the age of the house it mandated code upgrades to the existing structure. In addition to the bathroom the project involved building new closets on both floors and extensive plumbing and electrical work throughout the entire house. We also wanted upgraded finishes for the exterior and interior of the addition. After several recommended and promising contractors were hesitant or unable to commit to the scope of the project we searched and found Gustavo. After our first meeting with Gus we knew we had the right person for the job. He and his crew went above and beyond the requirements of the job and were always courteous and respectful of our household and daily routines. Working as a team Gus and his men displayed the highest level of professionalism and craftsmanship. He always involved us in all levels of decision making. Gus resolved issues and problems in an artful and creative manner and had a keen eye for the smallest details. They created a new bathroom worthy of a magazine display page and beautiful, functional closets. We are totally happy and satisfied with our new bathroom and other improvements. Gus and his team made the entire construction experience a pleasure. We will use Gus for all future projects, large or small, and highly recommend him to everyone."

"My family recently purchased a home that is 10 years old and during the inspection, an issue came up with the safety mechanism that keeps the garage door from closing down on an obstruction (like your car, kid, or pet). I called ABC Garage and the customer service was very thorough in explaining that older models to not have that feature, so she walked me through the various models and pricing in case we wanted to replace the unit. We have young kids, so I knew we'd probably want to go with the upgrade. The day of the service call, the technician arrived promptly and verified that the current system was old enough that it didn't have this safety feature. We discussed the options again (he had all three models in his van) and he installed it promptly. When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."

"I bought my Challet Shed in 2015 and it was delivered with out issue. This is built like a house, very sturdy. Craftsmanship is excellent. In 2022 a 40ft, 30" diameter tree fell on it and it did very little damage, one roof rafter, one piece of plywood, metal trim and all shingles replaced. (insurance claim) The shed is built like a tank! Twin Locus did the repair and did a great job. I would highly recommend Twin Locus Barns."
