"Ronald P. Ardary Construction team did an excellent job replacing joists in my garage!"

"Richard and his team is professional. They will listen to you. They suggested changes keeping my interests in mind and what would have been the best for me. The garage conversion to bedroom with a powder bath came out excellent and exactly what we wanted. He did few things for me that wasn't even in contract and I did not ask, like installing an extra piece of wood behind the dry wall to hold TV mount bracket. He keeps the connections even afyer the jobs have been completed. I would hire them again for any work."

"Now that my husband has advanced ALS, he is no longer able to sleep in our upstairs master bedroom. The VA SAH grant which my husband was awarded allowed us to extend a small downstairs office space into the garage, to make him him a comfortable, bedroom built to both ADA and VA standards. An addition was built on to the existing home to provide him with a fully equipped handicapped bathroom which meets ADA/VA standards. Modifications were also made to the garage, deck, several doorways, and outside gate to provide adequate egress/ingress for my husband's power wheelchair. The project included removing our deck, raising the ground, and laying new pavers to create a deck flush to exit doorways. Kenny Reinhardt's estimate was the low bid for the project. I hesitated until I understood that his low overhead expenses allowed him to submit a competitive bid and still make a profit. The project came in within budget and I was never asked to accept a lesser product/spec than I desired in order to meet budget. Kenny Reinhardt's goal is to exceed the customer's expectations; in his own words "make her happy". His workmanship is of the highest quality. He gives his personal full time attention to the project, accommodating plan changes along the way, and creating a working relationship with the customer that alleviates the stress so often associate with home improvement projects. I highly recommend Kenny Reinhardt for your next home improvement project. He will be my first choice for my next one."

"Our sales rep, Craig Hancock explained the project in detail, told us what to expect each step of the way, and introduced us to our project managers. Craig came back to follow up and be sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. He actually came back when we had questions about other roofing projects, and helped us find solutions. The work crew was professional and focused. Our project, which was roofing garages in four buildings, was completed in less than a week. Each night everything was cleaned up and swept with a magnet to ensure there were no nails in our driveways. I really can't say enough about how good this company is. We have another roofing project coming up in a few years, and will definitely hire Total Home."
