"Duncan has a very talented team of professionals who did major restoration of my kitchen , bathrooms, bedrooms, walls, flooring, and everything else; after I suffered a kitchen fire resulting in extensive smoke and water damage throughout the house. This included having to rewire and redo plumbing to Denver code requirements. I had 5 other contractors promise to take on my post fire restoration but eventually became unwilling to provide the insurance company with itemized estimates and documentation. Duncan has an office manager who was a delight to me and my insurance representatives. This project has been highly complex and every construction and service professional has been highly skilled, competent ,and courteous. I guarantee no other area contractor provides as much value for excellent services rendered. John Duncan and Little River Construction have been a cherished blessing through a very tragic, difficult time for me and my household. I recommend them highly."
