"Joe and Mike and their team did a great job, which included accommodating me regarding cutting back the lip of my concrete garage floor in order to fit the new impact-resistant garage door.  The new door was thicker than my old door, and this thickness difference caused the need for the concrete to be cut back.  After speaking with Joe, he agreed to include this work in the existing price.  He was fair and reasonable in making sure that I received a properly functioning, fully-installed door.  The door looks great and will assist me with receiving a wind-mitigation credit with my homeowner's insurer. <br />"

"<p>Front doors at home started to separate, so they did not close properly. I tried different contractors and no one can come on why was this happening or with a solution other than replace the doors. The problem replacing the doors is that I live in a community which HOA does not allow exterior modifications. The doors are not current available unless it is a special order, so it was not only complicated project but also expensive one. </p> <p>After initial contact, Tom asked for a few photos and he let me know his hourly rate. Tom showed up un time, evaluate the situation, and took some time to work his magic. Some adjustments, new stronger screws, shins, and new door pins guides corrected the problem. He also found some rotten wood on the door jam and took care of it. Tom also replaced the door locks that were improperly installed. Tom expertise was what made this job a breeze. He also fixed my parents' home doors!</p>  On an additional note, Tom cheerful personality and professionalism made everything run smoothly.    <br> <br>Certainly there will be cheaper options, but I do not think there is better quality out there. "I had the best experience designing and having my dream closet built by Closet Factory. From the moment I met my designer, Skylar Silverstein, I knew I was in good hands. I felt like she really listened to my needs and wants, and took it all into consideration when designing my space. She was readily available for any questions and changes I requested. The bond and connection I felt with her was a major deciding factor when choosing which company to go with (I met with several and I felt like the other company designers didn't really listen to me). Price was fair and what I expected for everything I wanted. When it came time to do the build, I had to reschedule multiple times due to delays with my new home build, and they were very receptive and accommodating, and rescheduled me multiple times. Finally I closed on my new home and moved in, and it was time to get my closet done. Again, I was super lucky to have Akos Korcsok as my installer. He was extremely meticulous, detail-oriented and organized, and built everything according to the specified design. It took the full 3 days to complete my closet, and I could not be happier with the final product. I highly recommend Closet Factory, and specifically Skylar (designer) and Akos (installer), if you get the opportunity. I would use them again in a heartbeat!"

"He did a good job, the only issue I had was with the garage floor. The contractor he used left the door open and it rained and create bubbles in the floor. They came back and fix it the water spots but if you look close, their is a line between the first and second time. <br />"

"We wanted to build a new inground swimming pool. We got a total of 4 quotes: 3 from dedicated pool builders and the fourth from Lelack Construction. Lelack's bid was lower than the other bids and included higher end materials to begin with (oversize travertine pavers and glass tile instead of porcelain). Once the Engineering and Permit processes were completed, the build process could begin. From the day of excavation to the final electrical hookup, the project had steady progress. The subcontractors used were always friendly and Lelack Construction willing to accommodate any requests we had. The best part of the project was that everything that was agreed upon for the build was delivered. The project turned out perfect."
