Jeff guided us through the inevitable ebbs and flows, from variances and permits to tear down and construction. When we hit a couple challenges, Jeff helped us navigate the issues and keep the job on track. We were...and are...impressed with the quality of our new garage and the professionalism of Jeff and the entire Coach House Garage team. "Ratcliff Design and Build did a phenomenal job! I wanted to convert a spare bedroom to a laundry room, close in our loft to create a bedroom, and close in the second story of our foyer to create a small room. I felt it was a big ask but they did it with grace and accommodated a little bit of a rushed timeline for us. They answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and were very considerate. Since then they have helped solve a mysterious electrical issue we had, floored my hallway, stabilized our banister, and installed a Murphy door for us. All of it looks great and I will continue to reach out to them when I have additional projects in mind. Highly recommend! "

"We had previously used this company to replace our front door, so I called them again when the side door to our garage needed replacing. They returned my call promptly, came out within a couple of days to give me an estimate. which I received by e-mail. When I accepted it, they scheduled the work for a few days later but ultimately had to reschedule from Friday afternoon to Monday morning because rain prevented them from finishing up a previous job. No big deal. Actually they did the job much sooner than I expected when I called them. They purchased a 30-inch door similar to the one that needed replacing, installed it and hauled away the trash. The price includes the door, haul-away and labor."

A&A, in extremely quick fashion, went from an official quote, to a contract, to job completion in four weeks. I had a garage that needed to be replaced. They built a BEAUTIFUL garage, they built a BEAUTIFUL deck on top of the garage for social events. They were fast, they worked hard, they worked weekends (yes, Sundays too) to get the job done right. Wilfredo stayed in CONSTANT communication with me, multiple times per week. The men were respectful and never got in the way of my home life.
