"The garage door spring broke on at 7:30 pm on Saturday 8/31/2019. Due to the Labor Day holiday weekend, service could not be obtained until 9/3/19 from any of the Angie's list recommendations. I left a message with all of the recommended companies on 8/31/19 and Town & Country had a message on their answering machine that they would call back on Sunday 9/1/19 after 9;00 am. On Sunday at about 9:45 am, Damion called back quote a price of $99 for install and a price of $149 for a pair of replacement springs. But, due to the holiday weekend the earliest they could do the work would be on Tuesday 9/2/19. He said Brian G. would arrive from 10-12 am. Damion was thorough, friendly, professional, and efficient. Brian G. arrived as expected and quickly and efficiently removed and replace the springs in about 30 minutes. Brian did an excellent job. He was thorough, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend Town & Country for garage door repair."

"I contacted Lombardo Restoration on May 15 to purchase an Angie's List Big Deal for $349 to repair and/or replace several electrical outlets in our home which I thought had been damaged as a result of a lightening strike during a recent electrical storm. Leonard arrived on time May 30 as scheduled. After inspecting the problem areas he determined that they could be corrected by resetting a GFCI outlet located in our basement storage area that had been hidden by a portable clothes closet. He offered to accept $50 for correcting the basement problem, $20 for replacing a damaged GFCI outlet in our garage, and refund our $349 Big Deal original purchase price. "Originally, we contracted Elite Building Solutions to do some repair work on our siding. It ended up that we cannot buy the same siding as was originally installed on the house, so they were able to take siding from the small side of our house to do the repair and they re-sided the small side with a slightly different siding (same color, just different size). Because there was a portion of the wood that had been exposed on our home, they also replaced the rotted wood before putting up the new siding. They were very professional and timely with their work. The quality of the repair was very good and the clean up was great (we couldn't even tell they had been there). Since the work was done so well, we had them quote finishing the remodel of our bathroom. Their prices were very good and well worth having them come in and do the project. It did take a bit longer than anticipated to finish the project, but the outcome was very good. They even worked around the tasks that we wanted to complete ourselves, such as the painting.
After the completion of the project, we had an issue with a leaky toilet (that was installed during the remodel) and they were very responsive in the call, however the workers failed to show up at the agreed upon time and we had to reschedule. During the rescheduled time, they fixed the issue quickly and with no issues.
