"We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! "Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."

The workers showed up and dropped off a trailer at my house. The supplies also arrived on the same day. The next morning the crew arrived and had stripped all of the old shingles off with a few hours. They replaced some of the wood that was damaged from the leaks on my roof. The crew that showed up was very professional and proficient. The crew were cleaning up while they were working. By the end of the first day my new roof was almost completed. The business owners Brian and Sarah showed up during the afternoon to check on the progress of the crew and asked me if everything was going okay.

The crew showed up again the next morning and was finished with the job by lunch time. Atlantic Coastal had replaced several roofs in my neighborhood. I had spoke with my neighbors and they had only good things to say about their experience with this company. This is the reason I chose Atlantic Coastal to replace my roof. Again on the second day Brian and Sarah stopped by to see the finished product. The owner Brian actually got up on the roof to inspect his crews work.

"The installer very sensibly installed the replacement gutters to match the previous installation. This placed the downspout  about 2 feet from the end of the gutter. As I realized this would lead to pooling in the space between the end of the gutter and the downspout and be a breeding ground for mosquitoes I voiced my concern to the installer who had just finished doing a very fine job.
    After consulting head-quarters he agreed to reinstall just to make me happy. I asked if he thought a simple patch over the existing downspout hole as well as installing a whole new gutter (which he was preparing to do at no extra cost). He looked relieved and said it could be guaranteed to work well. The downspout is now attached to the end of the gutter and I am very satisfied.
    I will definitely be using this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

"Julian, Mark, and Mario did a wonderful job in our home, placing tile throughout the entire area. We purchased expensive wood-looking plank tile, so it was important to me that it was installed correctly the first time.  I had two other companies come out and quote the home, one being a contractor quoting about the same price as Julian and the other was a tile company, quoting about $8,000 more than what Julian did the job for.  As soon as I met Julian, I knew he would do a great job.  He was very honest and told me several times that his main goal is to ensure that the customer is happy.  There were five rooms and some common areas that needed to be done so it took nearly two weeks for the three of them to complete the job.  They did a great job at keeping things tidy as they worked throughout me home.  They even found several small things throughout my home that needed repair (a running toilet and new wheels on a cabinet) and they were happy to fix them for me.  With all tile, subfloor, mortar, supplies and labor, the job cost just under $13,000.  I could not be happier with the job they did and I would recommend Julian Tile to anyone.  They are hardworking, honest guys that were really enjoyable to be around.
