They offered the better of two prices I received to remove blown in insulation from my attic so that my electricians could proceed with removing knob and tube and rewiring. They protected my home while removing my old insulation and worked a very long day to get it totally done in one day. We confirmed after removal that there was no soffit ventilation. Puget Partners Insulation worked up a quick price and slotted me back into their schedule to do that additional service. Once completed they realized that the scope was reduced from their original assumptions and so Karen charged me less than the signed contract amount. This is a very fair and reputable company and I will be working with them again when my electrical and bathroom work is complete to provide new insulation in my attic."

"Sergio Garcia removed our existing wet and contaminsted insulation and replaced it, inspected attic spaces for other problematic issues and corrected them. He noted that our bathroom fans had never been vented to the outside and vented them correctly. He also noted that we had both ridge vents and gable vents and closed off the gable vents. He noted other improvements that needed should be done to maximize airflow. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him!!"

"Through Angie's List, I was pleased to discover Comfort Pro's was having a three day special so I called and was able to get service within hours!  The tech arrived on time - actually 15 minutes earlier which worked out great for me.  He showed up in a clean company rig and presented himself well in his clean company uniform (yes, outward appearance is important to me; shows pride and commitment toward quality work).  He asked questions regarding the usage of the units and from there I was able to communicate my concerns or rather my confession that my A/C had not been serviced in years!  He did a great job of explaining how the units work and what to do to keep it running efficiently (regular scheduled maintenance, cover A/C unit in winter, etc.).  By the time he completed the work, his uniform carried much of the furnance and a/c units dust and dirt:-)  He was thorough and professional.  I'll be scheduling my next service with Comfort Pro's for sure=D

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
