"3 Sons failed to pull the permit for an exterior door replacement despite having it added to the contract. They also installed the door incorrectly. The door jamb was not flush with the drywall by 3/4". According to the manufacturer of the door, Thermatru, this was an incorrect installation. Paul Nutile, the owner of the company, was very unprofessional in all of his communication and refused to fix the poor install. When I took him to small claims court, he cursed at me in the courtroom like a child."
