Their tech chose to carry his tool bag & ladder in between my car and his van instead of having even an ounce of common sense or consideration and walking around the other side of their van with more space. In doing so my car was very deeply scratched in multiple places from front to back and you can clearly tell from its wavy motion that it's from someone walking next to it carrying something. I reached out to them as soon as I noticed the scratches and despite having clear video evidence showing they were at fault, they completely refused to take any responsibility.
