"Price was good. Roofing and gutter replacement completed on time. Good group to work with, I would definitely recommend - great job."

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"Highly recommend. Roofing Pups executed a flawless and expedited roof replacement with the utmost professionalism from start to finish for a reasonable price. Eric, the technician who handled the initial scoping and quoting, was honest, transparent, and provided clear pricing with no hidden costs. Heather coordinated the project and kept me well informed on scheduling and status leading up to installation day. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 AM, exactly as communicated by Heather, and conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner. Elvin kept me updated on progress throughout the day, and the team shared real-time progress photos via an active link, which I greatly appreciated. The roof installation and skylight replacements were completed efficiently and with high quality workmanship. The crew thoroughly cleaned up all debris and left not a single nail behind—especially important to me with a 3-year-old toddler at home."

"I hired ARHT Home Solutions to rebuild my chimney and conduct a full roof replacement. The company provides high quality material and labor. They do not cut corners on any step and paid close attention to all the details necessary to ensure the roof was completed appropriately. This includes identifying failed integration of window dormers and roofline causing leaks and rot over time from external storm damage. 5 Stars."

"Had our roof replaced, looks like a clean install. Trey was easy to talk to and was very assuring. We'll see how the roof holds up against this weekend's snowstorm or whatever's coming our way. Yes I copy pasted my own review from Google Reviews."

"Brian G was very professional. He called at the time that he said he would call, to update us on the roof install. His customer service was outstanding and very professional. Always wanting to know if we had any questions about the roof install. We did have a few questins and Brian G was able to answer them. The installers were on time and were diiligent in their work."

"Prompt service. Quoted a price of $800, which I thought was a little on the high side. I wasn't expecting to pay more than $500. The contractor said the price was higher because his workers would need to use extra safety gear due to the steep pitch of my roof. The workers showed up early the next day, went up to the roof with a ladder and began replacing shingles without any safety gear. The whole job took less than 30 minutes."

"My experience with Chevy Chase Remodeling company was great. My rating for the overall job is an A+. The workers arrived on time everyday and they kept me up to date in the process. Any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and resolved right away. The job and the quality of work that was done on my home was outstanding/excellent. I would refer this company to family members or anyone that's looking for a top of the line remodeling of the home on a budget. Thanks for making my house feel like a home again."

"Based on our roof replacement experience, we hired New Image Elite to install new windows. Awesome job again. Highly recommend for service first but price as well."

"The entire process went very well. The team at JDH is excellent, from their sales guys, to on site managers, to individual workers. All are professional and courteous and take their time to do it right. We've had a few scheduling hic-ups throughout the process, but overall they've been excellent from start to finish. Most importantly, my new roof and skylights look top notch, and will last a lifetime!"
