The initial phase of the project was the approval from the Homeowner's Association. Philip was great to work with during this phase. Our home was new construction, so it was somewhat of a blank slate to begin with. We had to think through several aspects of the total scope and determine what on our "wish list" would fit into our budget. He made a few trips to our site discussing different options and pricing those out for us. He had great suggestions and definitely helped us hone in on the best design ideas.
The great experience continued during the project itself. He and his team showed up on time, worked hard, and were careful to leave the site in the best possible condition at the end of each day. Like any project, there were a few things that popped up unexpectedly as the work progressed. They went the extra mile to take care of all the small details.

He asked us for a deposit up front and a weekly draw. I think this is a reasonable process for a small business who is doing custom work. We kept the running totals and squared that up a couple of times along the way. In the end, the total was exactly what we had agreed to up front.
