"Leonardo the owner came out promptly to measure and quote, was straightforward about the scope of the job and made suggestions to reduce the cost. A couple of days’ delay on the install timing but Leonardo was communicative and honest. When the installers came it took less time than expected, looks great and the quality seems very good. We’ll see in a year after some use, however I expect it will be just as solid then. No issues with our dogs being in the house. Once the crew got to work, they paid no mind to each other. Had another quote as well and Dreamworks’ pricing was lower. Personal service, good pricing and quality product."

Most of the work performed was done in a satisfactory manner, but I was not totally satisfied with the final appearance of the project. "Tub is a bit rough and bubbled. When tech arrived he told me what I thought I purchased was not what the fee would pay for. There was another term for refinishing the tub that would cost a lot more. There should not be the assumption that homeowners know the technical differences in finishing. Felt misled by the ad."

I tried to get estimates from other Angie's list painters, and they either didn't come out at all or their estimates were off the charts high. Ruben was the only estimator who measured the house and provided an accurate estimate of the area to be painted. Other estimates were as much as 3,000 square feet higher in estimated area!!!
We had some concerns about the weather, and they were attentive and understanding. They worked with us on changing the dates to be sure we were happy. 
My wife and I are very pleased and will definitely use them again. What more can I say!
