"<p>This company is fantastic! With many small businesses it's hard to stay in contact with them. But over the planning period for our work Michael was not hard to get. Yes, we did get the machine a few times, but he always called us back in a timely manner. Other times we called we got his very helpful wife. We never felt neglected. He kept us very up to date on what was happening during the project and was very articulate about the details of what he was doing. He takes pictures of his work as he goes. He has a very reassuring and trustworthy demeanor; so much so - even though we had never used him before we decided to go to the shore while he did his work in our house. We left him a key. He said the work would take about three days. When we came back after three days, he finished the work almost to the minute! There's another area with which my wife and I were very pleased. Our insurance company low-balled the coverage. I asked Michael if he could talk to them. He did and they went back and forth on the costs. He actually got the insurance guy to come back to the house to show him why the work was costing more. We were paying Rapid Repair anyway so there was no financial advantage for Michael to put effort into this; but he did.
