"On the night prior to their arrival, we heard an alarm in our basement. When we saw which alarm was sounding we knew there would be a BIG issue since it was Friday night and many companies do not have after-hour, emergency services. I researched Angie's List, and found Walter's. I left a message with the after-hour emergency call center and was pleased to have gotten a call back within minutes. The gentleman who called was professional and courteous. He asked me to perform a few inspections to determine what / who we may need to come out to the property. He scheduled a plumber to arrive the following morning. On Saturday morning we received a call regarding his ETA, upon arrival he inspected everything, showed me the issues and provided us with a service order. He completed everything without any issues. "We had an issue with a toilet that started running and wouldn't stop, complicated by a bad shut off valve.  Since we had wanted a ADA height toilet, we had Naugle replace the toilet as well as the shut off valve. The plumber provided clear guidance on our choices and his recommendations. <br /> Since we had the plumber out, we had him replace the cartridge in our leaking bathroom sink. <br /> He was able to get to us quickly, the plumber who came out was efficient, cleaned up after himself and was friendly with our very friendly golden retriever. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I called at 8:30 and my call was answered by the answering service promptly.  The supervisor then called to discuss issue and pricing.  He let me know upfront that it would be a pricey call since it was after hours and the approximate time his crew could arrive.   <br /> The crew member (Joel)called and told me what time he thought he would arrive, and he was right on time (11:30pm).  He was quick and efficient.  He thought it was just a quick blockage and he would snake it out.  Then he discovered rock and thought our pipe had collapsed ($$$).  After using his camera, he discovered the vent pipe was separated from main drain line and needed to be repaired.  (My heart started to beat again at that point because I am hopeful this is a less expensive repair than replacing an entire pipe six feet underground in a huge flowerbed.) <br /> Joel explained how we could repair the vent ourselves, but digging down six feet and trying to repair it properly is something we will leave to the professionals.  I don't want to have another emergency call due to my mistake. <br /> I would highly recommend Kline's for emergency sewer clean-out.  Quick response.  Truck equipment was pretty quiet so I don't think we disturbed our neighbors.  Joel answered all of our questions quickly and never got frustrated with all of them. <br />"
