"Guss Heating and Air performed the work as they told us they would; there was no price gouging or price changes from their original estimate, which was reasonable for the age of our A/C. I would certainly use this company again. Our system is almost 25 years old. We know we need to change it but Guss got it working and it's cooling superbly. He also gave us a competitive quote for a new system. We will likely upgrade through this company because we appreciate their integrity and quality service. "Very professional and totally knowledgeable about his products and installation. He worked with me on trying to explain what was necessary for my job and didnâ t try to sell me more than I needed. In the end I did decide to replace The whole AC and Heating Unit for peace of mind through no press from him. He has a additional one year warranty on labor only if needed. He was here on a Thursday and started the job on Friday then finished on Saturday. He moved his schedule around to accommodate me so I wouldnâ t be without AC. He was dependable and on time. I know I can call him for my future AC issues if any."
