"Derek responded to my calls when others wouldn't and came out punctually. Over the course of four days he worked to discover a major water leak in our system. Once he realized we had an old, decaying underground system tied in to a newer, exposed pipe system, he worked to cut off the old system by repiping. He also ran new lines to outdoor water faucets that were connected to the old underground system.

"Matt and his crew were very efficient and worked diligently to drain the old hot water heater, remove it from the attic, and take it away for disposal. Upon discovering the new hot water heater would not pass through the opening into the attic, they simply loaded it up and purchased on that would fit. Then they installed the new unit, drained the lines of air before turning it on. They were personable, knew what they were doing, had all the equipment necessary to complete the project.
