Both inspections found my roof had suffered substantial hail/wind damage that needed to be replaced and not repaired. I designated Adrienne to work and speak on my behalf with my insurance company. Due to her professional and diligent efforts, I was able to get my roof claim immediately processed/approved through my insurance company’s adjuster. Also, I had some visible water damage to my ceilings, and she got those supplemental repairs approved as part of the roof claim. Adrienne saved me thousands of dollars. "Mr. Jay Harper was our first contact with this company. Very professional and courteous. He examined all work to be completed and provided us a quote on service to include install and painting of siding. He included painting all of our fascia & soffit and also the replacement of a section of fascia that had dry rot. Daniel was the foreman on the crew for this project. He and his crew were outstanding. Everyone was professional, courteous and highly skilled. They did a fantastic job on installation and painting. "In Feb 2017 we had Great Built Roofing replace a roof due to hail damage. After their initial visit they were able to do the work in one day. It was a good job and good experience. We are now selling the home and the buyers inspector recommended repairing one area where the drip edge had come loose. It was not a major issue but I was uncertain as how the warranty would be dealt with. Happy to say that Great Built honored the warranty in a timely fashion and was able to advise me on other roofing issues unrelated to their work. I think you will find they produce a good product and are very upfront and honest to work with. I highly recommend their service."

"Hired these folks on April 27, 2018 to repair several leaks in the old roof of my commercial sized building that has my home and 5 apartments. They showed up on time, and did a thorough job, though they told me we needed to wait until the next rain to verify if everything was okay. When the rain came there were no more leaks, and the price for the job was very affordable. Would definitely hire again."

"The whole process was about a month from start to finish with a little more than 1 day being the actual roof install. I decided to go with Premier at the three week mark. I told Thaddaeus we were ready to sign the contract the morning after the four tornadoes hit. I didn't think I'd get my roof done any time soon because of the tornado damage elsewhere. Regardless, he sent the contract over, I signed, and we were scheduled in a week for a 1 day job. It ended up taking up a little more than one day due to a shortage in the estimate. He honored his original quote which is quite telling. On the day they were scheduled to start, they arrived WITH the materials so it wasn't delivered beforehand sitting around. The day after it was completed, Thaddaeus came by for the final walkthrough and payment. He used a drone to take the attached pictures. They caulked the exposed nail heads on the ridge shingles to prevent rust. We have yet to find nails on the ground, but there were 2 on the roof. No excess debris or waste has been found. Thaddaeus was more prompt than other roofers with texts and emails. Other roofers would either never call you back or never answer the phone. I would absolutely use Premier again and have already recommended them to others. This is the quality company, not the cheap company. They promised and delivered on all the little things that matter to an annoying customer like me."
