"Service was excellent, technician (Billy) was within the time that I was given when I made the appointment. Billy was helpful and explained everything he was doing and was able to provide me more information on the dryer manufacturer. He had replacement parts on hand and was able to fix quickly. I would definitely do business with them again for any household appliance repair. When I called the manufacturer Samsung they were going to charge $160 just for the visit then a additional charge for the technician hourly rate and parts . Samsung would not give me the price for the technician hourly rate, told me I would have to wait till the arrived. . I am glad I decided not to work with Samsung on this repair and very happy that I called Superior Appliance instead. I was charged only $215 for the complete service call which included labor and parts. I can only imagine what Sumsung bill would had been in the end. Thank you Billy at Superior Appliance."

A number of homes in my addition were repainted this summer and the quality of work on my house is better than all of them. Quality of caulking, painting and attention to detail is top notch. They even did a few extras like removing a wasps nest and changing exterior soffit lighting at no additional charge. Great company that I highly recommend!
