"It went well. I was very impressed with how the windows did during the polar vortex! They did make a difference and they look very nice. I replaced 4 windows and they did inserts to save on having to redo some siding on the outside of the house and then I also did not have to work on restaining the surround wood. I would however I think preferred some new wood as when they put in one of the windows they really scraped up the wood a lot. The screens for the windows are not my favorite and even those working for the company say the same. Apparently the supplier changed the screens. They are just flimsy but otherwise I think they will be fine. Really nice I can open my window from either side if I want. Let's say you want your window open at night but not directly one you, you can open the other side to get some area. When I compared with other estimates for the MUCH lower price of these windows I'm extremely happy! I paid a little extra to have the white part of the window done in a wood grain and that looks really nice in the bedrooms. I have some more older windows to replace and I do feel I would hire this company again."

"My project manager, Chris Grose, was great to work with. He was easy to communicate with and always responded to my inquiries and questions. His carpenters did an excellent job and the finishing work of the wainscoting matches existing exactly. I was also very happy with his drywall contractor. The drywall contractor made sure the employee he sent to do the work could match our existing textured drywall on the ceiling portion of the job. It matches perfectly! This was a relatively small job but I never felt like it was less important than any other projects Chris was managing. I'm very happy with Chris and Northrup and will hire them again. I recommend you hire them too!"

"The entire process went well and only took 1 day to install the window. We had used Craftsman for 4 other windows and 2 patio doors a couple years ago and everything went well, so we went back for the final window in the house."

"It went great! It took about a day and a half to get them installed. Our house is small but the upper floor's roofline is very high off the ground; the installer had to go up on an extended ladder to reach it, but the gutters are flush against the building all around. I would definitely recommend Lindus Construction."

What really stood out is that he listened to our ideas, made suggestions, had samples to show us at our first meeting, and promptly gave us an itemized quote. He booked up quickly, so we had to wait all summer for the deck to start, but it was worth the wait. During the build, he kept us updated, kept the work site spotless, and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time despite some unforeseen issues. The finished product is gorgeous with the finest workmanship; you can tell that he pays attention to detail. Jason even came back once the deck was complete to clean it before considering it done. His pride in his work is obvious. A true craftsman with strong customer service skills. I would not hesitate to work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a deck build or other home additions and renovations."
