I had a talk with Nate who was stronger in the softener and technical aspects the next day and we discussed possible solutions. In the end, we decided that the more expensive option of a tankless (we had considered a tankless years prior as well with them and a competitor) was the more cost-effective solution. I was also very pleased with the professional, friendly and efficient installation service. Clean and quiet (within reason; they did drill a couple of holes through our brick wall), quick and considerate (the broke a part of my washing machine sitting the process so ordered a replacement part right away and they will come and install tomorrow)"
