David then shot a layer of knockdown texture to the deck and finally applied a resin sealer finish coat over the deck. The deck need 24 hours drying and 3 day wait before placing items on the deck. The whole project went nicely and the new deck looks great and should need a sealing in 5 years."

It involved prepping with bonding and sanding. He painted several coats and accessed the back of the patio fencing and painted that area which is not easy to get to.
