"Installers are very professional and knowledgable of their job duties.  They explained what and how they were going to demo the existing patio door.  They covered the entire area to collect any debris that would be generate from the demo.  Stocked old doors and garbage for pickup the next day by another crew.  Once completed clean the entire area, doors and glass.  Provided paperwork and explained the invoice, pickup of trash, payment and warranty information."

"I contacted John through email.  He responded immediately and tried to give me a good estimate on my needs. He responded soon after the request was sent.  He estimated the job would cost approx $270.00 by replacing just the motor and fan but not the housing.  I commented that It would not be efficient to just replace the fan.  I asked if he would like to see some pictures I took. I could not send him pictures from my phone using Angie's List since the phone app did not have a way to attach it. <br /> I told him that access through from the top of the fan would not be possible since I live in a condo. After reviewing the pictures I sent John, he commented that the installed exhaust fan was "old school" and that He could not perform the job.  <br /> That was the last I heard from him.  He could have gave me a referral to another contractor or some suggestions but "old school" does not help me figure out what to do. <br /> <br /> <br />"

He is a gifted problem solver and honest, honest, honest with his rates, often undercharging to be fair. I needed assistance during a peak construction period and while four different people ignored my initial requests for help, he returned every phone call or text. I simply cannot say enough kind words for his great assistance, guidance and advice. <br />"

"Paul is a one man band handyman and is able to do a variety of jobs. He works efficiently and is punctual. He picked up larger bulkier items for me from Home Depot at will call. He took old carpet to the dump for me. I have a long list for him, he comes once or twice a week to knock out items on my list. So far he has painted, repaired water damage, installed new flooring and base molding and put up some new light fixtures. Next week he is going to hang new doors and re caulk my shower. And the list goes on. I found him through Angie's List and I would recommend him to friend and family."
