"Outstanding Plumbing Service – Highly Recommend! I cannot say enough great things about Darrel’s Plumbing Services. From start to finish, Darrel was kind, professional, flexible, and incredibly easy to work with. His pricing was very fair, and his communication was exceptional. He kept me informed every step of the way, immediately reaching out if anything changed so we were always on the same page. One thing that truly stood out was his attention to detail—Darrel even sent photos of the completed work, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of his work. Darrel was brought in to correct a very dangerously and incorrectly installed tankless water heater that another plumbing company had installed in my home. He was extremely understanding of my situation, compassionate about the stress it caused, and very willing to help fix the problem properly and safely. His knowledge and professionalism made a frustrating experience so much easier. I would highly recommend Darrel"

"Bruce was super friendly and went the extra mile in helping us get a warranty replacement hot water heater. Rheem wanted to just replace the elements but Bruce took pictures to show them it was more than just faulty elements. He took care of all the communication with Rheem and Home Depot. Thanks to him we got a replacement hot water heater under the warranty. It was installed on time and all the work was done in a professional manner. We will definitely use Drainco for all future needs."

"Very well.  They arrived ahead of time, did the job quickly, and left no mess.  We had a new central air and heating system installed by them in September of 2012, which is how we have the service contract with them.  That big job was also done in a timely manner by polite technicians who left our house as they found it."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Very impressed with all aspects: speed, price, communication, attention to detail... I had them install electricity to my new backyard shed and they came up with the best plan for me that was much better than I originally conceptualized (but without being much more expensive). They buried the line so it's impossible to see and it is all impeccable. I'm so stoked to now have power and lights in my shed! Looking forward to working with them again."

"David was very cordial with communicating the details of tankless water heaters and answered all my questions. The scheduling and installation were smooth as well. I had a great experience and will be contacting him for future plumbing services."
