I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. I am so glad the plan with the other company fell through, as I think I ended up with the best!"

I texted the man who quoted me and he stated that he was "working on my refund". I asked him when and he said he didn't know. The next 2 texts he has not responded to. Fast forward to 2023, no refund and no return call or text. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General as well as the BBB. They are a horrible business at best, scammers at worst, either way stay away if you don't want to have your 50% deposit stolen."
