"Got a quote based on information I gave, knowing that this was an estimate based on usual circumstances. Very punctual, two problems, first was a clogged drain than was cleared quickly, the second was a defective outside spigot that split because I forgot to remove house line for the winter. The basement was finished making it difficult to get to the line so replacement could be completed. Both jobs were completed, area was broom clean, the final bill was slightly higher then quote because of extra time need to get to line with out damaging. Ceiling etc. I would use again, loved his good nature and humor."

Two windows were removed and plywood covered the hole. No dimensions or layouts were given and the design was substandard (artist's rendering only so we couldn't tell). The countertops weren't installed until October. He quit around Thanksgiving having received most of the money and without informing us that he'd never ordered replacement windows. The cabinets he installed were smaller than we had before and we couldn't fit"
