"The quality of the door openers is excellent and they are extremely quiet, very happy with them. They replaced my previous Genie door openers that were 17 years old. My only complaint is that the installer ripped down all of the old wires and in the process all of the old wire staples went flying everywhere. As a result I have been picking up staples off of the garage floor for weeks now hoping none of them find their way into one of my car tires. Not good!"

"He was here within 15 min of my phone call, the spring broke and I couldn't get my car out( had a Dr appointment) said he couldn't fix the door that day, but would come back the next day at 10:00, ( he was here before 10)had him replace the door( my choice) no high pressure selling, very polite and efficient, was finished before noon!
