"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Jerome showed up for the job on time. He was very prepared to fix my dishwasher, but unfortunately, the damage was too great and the dishwasher has to be replaced. He went above and beyond to give me fair advice. The customer service of Magnolia Appliance was excellent. Jerome was so easy to get in touch with me and responded to my phone calls quickly. I will definitely call him back for my next repair!"

"Very, very nice man. He arrived on time , when straight to the problem and fixed the issue. He also, gave me a report of other items in my electruxl box that needs to be repaired"

"I couldn’t be happier with the service! He is always on time, stays until the job is truly finished, and communicates clearly if there ever needs to be a change to the schedule. You can tell he is genuinely passionate about what he does. What I appreciate most is that he treats your yard like it’s his own. He takes his time, pays attention to the overall look and cut of the yard, and genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life. He doesn’t just show up, cut the grass, and leave. He takes pride in making sure the finished product looks right."

"He did very good at installing a dishwasher and refrigerator on a new house that I just moved into. He was on time and had a very good price. Will be calling him again"

"Josh showed up on time, diagnosed my issue with my microwave and let me know that it would more expensive to repair than replace. He could easily just gone ahead and repaired it and made his profit, but he was very honest telling us that we would be better off to just replace it. I would recommend him to anyone."

"In urgent need of plumbing service, another service called first. However when they did call I had some electrical work which they will arrange for a electrician to contact me. Update found city sewer was the problem, canceled service call."
